Avoid heavy chores

Household chores like heavy weight lifting, steps climbing is better to avoid. Even you should not make a journey by bus or car while experiencing the third trimester is running. Always avoid jargon or standing for long periods of time.

Visit Your Doctor Regularly

A pregnant woman should visit with a Gynecologist and Obstetrician at a frequent interval. She should make a minimum of 4 visits within 37 weeks period. Her body weight, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rate, fetal heart sound, fundal height, blood group and other associated check-ups should be done.
